Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) NVQs

In partnership with the Learning Skills Council and The Lean Academy, we are the first organisation to be able to offer BIT NVQs in the Construction Sector.

BTEC Advanced Award in Delivering Rapid Improvements in Construction

We offer a four day residential course that will equip your people to deliver rapid improvement and also provide them with a vocational qualification once they have applied the training.

This is a vocational qualification which formally recognises candidates that have successfully delivered a Rapid Improvement Project. To succeed, the Candidate will need to apply in their workplace the techniques learnt during the residential course to:

  • Form a business case for their improvement project
  • Deliver the improvements
  • Quantify the benefits
