Richard Donnelly BSc (Hons) BArch MBA RIBA

A Chartered Architect in the construction sector, and 15 years of World Class manufacturing experience at Director level in the Automotive and White goods sectors, give Richard a totally unique skill set. Richard had considerable experience delivering on Government Improvement Programmes securing new business for many companies and improving their performance.

Richard’s broad skills enable him to develop and deploy strategy, policy deployment and collaborative planning techniques from Board to site level, working with designers, contractors and their supply chains. Additionally, in depth experience of lean process improvement, cellular and team working enable him to effectively deliver continuous improvement in any sector. Richard is also a Prince II Project Manager and a DQI facilitator.
