Andrew spent 10 years as a civil engineer, on a wide variety of construction projects across the UK, leading master planning and infrastructure projects. He became a management consultant in 2005 primarily to deliver a 3-year, ERDF funded programme, aimed at assisting SMEs in the construction industry. Andrew's principle role is in the development of supplier development networks identifying and implementing supply chain improvements as part of our customer commitment to driving forward best practice. He has also successfully delivered numerous individual projects improving cost, quality and delivery and is one of the key trainers and assessors for the NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques.
Andrew offers a creative input to the business and has produced materials for qualifications used in Scotland and many of the spreadsheets and management systems used in the delivery of our consultancy and by our clients. Andrew is a Prince2 Practitioner and holds current CSCS certification.
A Chartered Architect in the construction sector, and 15 years of World Class manufacturing experience at Director level in the Automotive and White goods sectors, give Richard a totally unique skill set. Richard had considerable experience delivering on Government Improvement Programmes securing new business for many companies and improving their performance.
Richard's broad skills enable him to develop and deploy strategy, policy deployment and collaborative planning techniques from Board to site level, working with designers, contractors and their supply chains. Additionally, in depth experience of lean process improvement, cellular and team working enable him to effectively deliver continuous improvement in any sector. Richard is also a Prince II Project Manager and a DQI facilitator.
Michelle's background in construction waste management and her pioneering research into the root causes of material and environmental waste led her naturally to discover the revolutionary improvement offered by lean construction. Since then she has pursued the deployment of lean construction with unmatchable vigour.
Michelle's enthusiastic and energetic approach wins teams over quickly and her technical skill ensures the desired outcomes are achieved.
Michelle is a trainer and assessor in the Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) S/NVQ and played a pivotal role in the successful translation of this qualification to the construction sector.
